Getting Started
  1. Fill out our Online Information Request Form, and make sure to specify the service you are most interested in and include a brief summary of your situation including your target job. You can also fax this description of your needs to 775.248.3239.

  2. I will respond with an outline of how best to approach your situation and a contract.

  3. If you agree with my assessment, you sign and return the contract (via fax or email) and indicate a preferred time for a telephone consultation.

  4. We will discuss your job history and job target in detail. I will send you an outline of the kinds of questions I will ask so that you have some time to gather the necessary information. (This telephone consultation, by the way, helps people prepare for job interviews, as you will be required to talk about your work history and accomplishments.)

  5. Within 48 hours of our detailed discussion I will send you a draft of your exceptional résumé.

  6. We discuss any changes you would like to make and within 24 hours (likely sooner), your exceptional résumé will be in your inbox.
